Standard White Bread Loaf

- Stand Mixer
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of instant yeast
- 100 g of warm Water for blooming
- 305 g of Water
- 25 g of Sugar
- 9 g of Salt
- 21 g of Butter – Room Temp
- 21 g of Butter Melted
- 700 g AP Flour
Instructions
- Combine War Water & Instant Yeast, let bloom ~5-8min
- After Bloomed, add all flour. Mix together into a loose mixture and let stand for 15-20min.
- Add Sugar, Salt, Butter and use dough hook on med for 8-10min. Dough should be off all sides of bowl and be a very smooth texture.
- Let dough rise for about 1 hour. The dough should at least double in size.
- Flaten dough and roll to fit in a 9 inch loaf pan.
- Put in loaf pan and let rise ~1 hour but can take longer. Shouild rise above the top of the pan just a little.
- Brush with melted butter and Bake in 375 degree over for ~25-30 min. The dough will be golden brown on top and have a good crust on top that will soften.
