Standard White Bread Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Packet of instant yeast
  • 100 g of warm Water for blooming
  • 305 g of Water
  • 25 g of Sugar
  • 9 g of Salt
  • 21 g of Butter – Room Temp
  • 21 g of Butter Melted
  • 700 g AP Flour

Instructions
 

  • Combine War Water & Instant Yeast, let bloom ~5-8min
  • After Bloomed, add all flour. Mix together into a loose mixture and let stand for 15-20min.
  • Add Sugar, Salt, Butter and use dough hook on med for 8-10min. Dough should be off all sides of bowl and be a very smooth texture.
  • Let dough rise for about 1 hour. The dough should at least double in size.
  • Flaten dough and roll to fit in a 9 inch loaf pan.
  • Put in loaf pan and let rise ~1 hour but can take longer. Shouild rise above the top of the pan just a little.
  • Brush with melted butter and Bake in 375 degree over for ~25-30 min. The dough will be golden brown on top and have a good crust on top that will soften.
